Tyre options for Stock Rims on 2018 2ss

Just wondering what people have used instead of the GY F1 A3s, and if they've gone wider without issues than 245s and 275s?

Lots of threads on the subject, but the gist is there are many tires superior to the stock runflat Goodyears. If money is no object, get the Michelin PS4S, it is the best overall tire (considering dry and wet traction, hydroplaning resistance, treadwear and noise). The Continental ExtremeContact Sport is also popular and top shelf, and of course personal preferences are also involved. Lots of options a few notches below the top, the threads Trochoidal linked are definitely worth perusing.

In general, there is a major difference between non-runflat and runflat tires in favor of the former, I am assuming you are willing to switch to non-runflats. If not, the available selection is reduced and I have no experience with anything there apart from the stock Goodyears.

You can trivially go up to 255/40/20 in the front and 285/35/20 in the rear with your stock wheels. Some even ventured up to 305/35/20 with Nittos that are typically a bit narrower for their nominal size. If you're adventurous and like to do your research, use https://tiresize.com/comparison to make sure you aren't introducing wild diameter differences compared to stock or between front and rear.
