I used a body mounting kit from Napa. It contains screws and rubber plugs with a threaded sleeve. Drilled the holes push the plugs in a tighten the screw up causing the rubber to expand.
Easy on and off, hold is strong and secure plus you can install with out cutting your forearms up.
