How to get 600rwhp NA out of my current setup
I have a 2016 Camaro ss m6 making 557rwhp on e85, with the current mods: gpi stage 4 cam, msd atomic intake, longtubes, primary and secondary cat delete, flex fuel kit, zl1 low side pump, CAI. I’m trying to figure out what my next upgrade will be ,I’m trying to get as much power as possible NA. What should I upgrade next for the most power gain and to get 600rwhp or more. New heads? Port my msd atomic intake and throttle body? Will I have enough fueling to support 600rwhp with just an upgraded zl1 low side pump, I still have the stock high side pump and my cam has the +32 fuel lobe with stock injectors.

Is your MSD ported ? If not port it You didn’t mention TB a ported 95mm TB should work nicely Under drive pulley Granatelli spark plug wires give a small gain These should get you to 600whp |

Only took off 0.010 off the heads with a thicker gasket, any more and would have clearance issues with the cam I have.

My msd isn’t ported and I have the stock throttle body, which 95mm ported tb do you recommend? And would I see any gain just porting my stock heads? Also will I need any fueling upgrades besides my zl1 low side pump?

I have a msd atomic intake which wasn’t cheap, why do say go with the Holley high rise?

It carries the power further up top. If you look at the fastest n/a cars from Pray or GPI they use the Holley. You can also do a stroker motor to break that 600 mark and keep the MSD.

If you plan on staying n/a you can up the compression as well with new pistons. Not sure what Bhill's compression is in his car but I don't believe it's stock and he has the fastest n/a 6th gen and makes like 645 last time I looked.

And I would recommend a pray ported 95mm or Soler Performance If you go with Pray stage 2 heads you’ll gain over 30whp on your now heads cam set up I believe no more fuel upgrades would be necessary |

Porting the MSD will get you a few ponies, but if you want to go all in, the high ram will make more.

Need to look at the heads, a HighRam intake, and I would look to get a 103mm TB.
You might be able to get there on gasoline fuel wise, but consider the issues with the stock pistons and detonation. I would consider running some meth to keep detonation away.

Pray ported heads and MSD will get there easy on a M6. His A8 cars get close on 5th gear pulls. Your fuel system should be fine with the low side upgrade. Pray has made 600whp NA on E85 with stock high side. Fuel system demands are much less NA then with FI.
