Replacement part for Windscreen

Hey gang, any thoughts on where I could get replacement piece for my windscreen? This plastic flip out piece on mine basically sheared right off the first time I used it. Pretty dissatisfied with the quality here.

Should I just deal with the dealer about it? It had to be defective with how easily it broke.

If it is new, i would definitely take it back. And either get a refund or a totally new one.

It came with the car. Talked to my salesman, he said bring it up to the service department they'll cover it under the 3/36 bumper to bumper warranty.

Has anyone else had issues with that part of any kind? I picked up a used windscreen that is in excellent condition and both of these show signs of stress from being installed / in use. Basically, both of them have slightly bent and allow the rear of the horizontal section to rest slightly lower than it should with the passenger side being significantly worse than the driver's side.

Is this a thing with these? Can those extensions be purchased separately to repair an otherwise functional windscreen?

No problems with mine. If the arms are bent and it sits low then the previous owner may have tried to use it like a shelf and put too much weight on it.

I pulled it out of the car and set it inside with a lever in place to bend that extension back in the other direction. I left it overnight and it made a huge difference.

Upon reinstalling it in the car I noticed something...

With the actual windscreen portion in the upright position, the horizontal section is pretty rigid. When you fold that vertical piece down, however, the horizontal piece sags. I'm almost wondering if it was in the car in the "down" position for a while before he removed it? Either way, I'll take it back out in about a week and see if the bend has returned or not. If so, I'm going to look at the option of swapping the pieces side-to-side to see what happens.
