I don't want a Z/28 but I wouldn't mind the ceramic rotors and prob will get that rim/tire setup for track use. The vid was pretty awesome btw!

The GTR fan boys are now going to say the 1/4 mile time is all that matters now. Where before it was everything mattered. Funny.

If you check out all the comments all the fan boys of the GTR are sayings its a 7 year old car LOL but should mean platform and don't relize the Zeta platform is almost as old. Silly Fan boys I do like the GTR but not as much as a Z/28

congrats to everyone at Chevrolet and especially the Camaro Team. For a heavy, rear wheel drive "muscle car" that costs much less than anything else out there you sure built one hell of a FAST car!!!!

Honestly I used to think the GTR was awesome. Now I almost hate it because everyone over hypes the car so damn much. Yeah cool it's fast but really it's not that great of a car, and everyone that argues that it's the best car ever really makes me start to hate the car. Just like teens with their civics. Civics wouldn't be so bad if every single guy that drives them didn't think they were fast because the had a turbo and handles better than a USDM car. I'm sorry but FWD is not a good platform for circuit racing OR drag racing. Understeer and wheel spin l. You civic is not fast because it's 2800lbs and has a turbo producing 300hp. Rant over. Lol

AWESOME, just plain AWESOME. KICKS BUTT and takes name for $40K less too. Run around that track head to head for 10 laps and the Z/28 will be ahead by a few seconds for sure.
Love that sweet sound this beast produces under acceleration and shifting gears.

Way to go GM.

Awesome!

Run whatcha brung and hope you brung enough... and the GT-R Track Edition didn't.

...but still, I'd like to see how much faster the GT-R would be with Trofeo's.
