the afm system and npp system are 2 seperate systems.

so far, you have to tune out the afm check engine light if you remove them, and as far as I know, there is no way around it.

if you want to remove the npp system, you can just pull fuse 51, there isn't a cel associated with it.

if you replace either with a system that has mounting spots for the motors, you don't have to do anything, you can let the car "control" them still, with no further intervention
