The first picture is my plug wire boot tool, awesome little Channel locks. Also my plug wire on the passenger side was touching all you need to do is trim the rubber 1/4” does not affect the wire itself.
Sorry that you had to go through such extensive dissasembly to make them fit. I went through the same troubles yesterday installing my headers. I found that removing the starter heat shield I was able to slip my headers in through the bottom. Do you think that if you did the same you would be able to complete the install? I want to do a revised header install diy and need some feedback on others who did the install themselves.

I ended up removing the starter and sliding the brake and fuel lines over. Maybe i had a slightly off spec set. Knowing this know I can do a write up showing how to do this in about 5 hrs.

Nitrous outlet kit

If anyone wants the full nitrous outlet kit let me know, great kit I was spraying 100shots every weekend with no issues or tune. Just better plugs.

Out of curiosity, how did the ceramic coating turn out? I am on the fence on doing it myself or taking it in and having it done.

Headers

If you can cook the headers before hand that would be better. Due to it needing to cure.

Gotcha. I found a company that wants $300 for the coating. I almost think that it will be worth it. Thank you for your response.
