Stage 1 up to 600 RWHP

Is stage 1 effectively the kit as shipped by Hellion, with stage 2+ being additional parts added on by you?

Any insight into how streetable these turbos are compared to something like a procharger D-1SC, assuming a 600whp level on an M6? Would you lose a lot of low end due to spool? Or are these turbos small enough to spool reasonably low in the RPM band?

Almost seamless, You control the boost with the pedal, it drives like stock until you request more power, turbo spool is well on its way at 2.5-3K all in by 3.5-4K or lower depending on conditions.

im a turbo guy all the way but do not like the twins on this kit being under the hood with the heat, and the amount of stuff that has to be moved from factory positions. i wish AGP's kit could squeeze bigger turbos down there to make more power than 800.

I understand your position, but I feel they are in an Ideal location, no Oil pumps to mess with, and allow many turbo options, plus you get tubular headers included.

Is heat really that big of a concern with ceramic coating and turbo blankets?

motor maintenance is more of a hassle with top mounted turbos.

Do you know if this kit has been tested on a road course to see if overheating will be an issue?

Do you have to pull the turbos to get to the plugs? It looks like there should be room from the pictures. Or are you referring to something else? The oil fill looks a bit tight, but nothing a good funnel wouldn’t fix.

Although it is different I would not say it is harder the kit is very well thought out.
