Offset/Wheel Size Question

I'm looking at a set of wheels from Factory Reproductions. I've had good luck with them in the past but I want to double check and make sure the offsets/backspacing will work without any issues as they look different from numbers I'm seeing on other wheels that are 20x9 & 20x10

F: 20x9
Offset: 27
Backspace: 6.125

R: 20x10
Offset: 35
Backspace: 6.875

(I have a 2016 2SS...havent updated my photo yet...heh)
