Power Steering Failure

2019 2ss with almost 87k miles. We had a bad storm the other day and in the midst of driving, I randomly lost power steering. If I kill it and start it back up, it drives fine but after a few miles, it fails again. I did unplug the rack modules and was able to get a little bit of water out but it still is not fixed and will fail randomly at any given moment (I almost slammed into a truck while turning because it failed mid-turn).

Has anyone else experienced this? I've never had any issues with this before. If there is still water in it, will it dry on its own over time? Any advice is greatly appreciated!
