So, it might NOT be available. It isn't for me. Also:

Battery Voltage and Charging Messages

This message displays when the vehicle has detected that the battery voltage is dropping beyond a reasonable point.

That seems to indicate that if you don't get the message, then don't worry, at least not too much. And last:

Battery Load Management
The vehicle has Electric Power Management (EPM) that estimates the battery's temperature and state of charge. It then adjusts the voltage
for best performance and extended life of the battery. When the battery's state of charge is low, the voltage is raised slightly to quickly bring the charge back up. When the state of charge is high, the voltage is lowered slightly to prevent overcharging.

On my '13 because I have the gauges it doesn't show Voltage on the DIC

Yea that's what I thought, but voltage difference isn't the same between left-most mark to middle (9-12 =difference of 3 volts) and middle to right-most mark (12-19 difference =7 volts) even though the 12 mark is in the middle of the gauge. Guess I was reading too much into it.
