2024 Order start date

I looked online and couldn’t find anything about when Chevy was going to start taking orders for the 2024 Camaros. I reached out to them over Chat and they said orders would start in the end of June.

Just figured I’d let you all know in case anyone else was looking.

Ordering Deposit

Good luck to everyone that has a 2024 ordered. I'm looking at placing my order next week but have a couple of questions. How was everyone's ordering process? Did you have to put a large deposit down. My local Chevy dealer is asking for a $3000 deposit because I'm ordering a manual and stated that the final price before taxes, title, and other fees will be $1250 over MSRP. What did you all have to put down? Also, did you all go through your local dealer or did you go through a bigger, more known Chevy dealer? I'm not sure on how Chevy is going to do their allocations. I'm hearing that allocations are issued on Thursdays for particular cars.

I put in an order for a ‘24 VOM ZL1 with a stick and PDR on day 1 with Hendrick and I didn’t have to put anything down

I have my order in on two different dealers. One at a dealer I bought my truck from and another at a dealer about 30 miles away. One required a deposit and the other didn’t. I told them whoever gets the allocation gets the deal and they are both ok with it.

I've been calling dealers all morning. One sales manager did state that they only ask for a $500 deposit, but didn't have any allocations for my spec. The had two Camaro allocations, one for a ZL1 and the other for a LT1 Collectors Edition.
