P0300 code

So installed mods, car had been running perfect while working on the tune. Just about had the ethanol tune finished and done with everything then started having a couple issues. First was after a long drive, stopped for gas, after I took off noticed one of the o2's was registering -100% after it was working before the whole drive. Gave me a p0430 even after tuner said the code was turned off. Stopped the car for a bit, start up and working fine. Then got the check engine light on the way home.

Fast forward to today, driving home from work this morning, get on it hard and as the rpms climb I get a sort of hesitation almost like the feeling when the engine retards the power in wet ptm. Check engine light flashes but once I let off and go part throttle drives fine. Tried it again down the freeway to see if it would repeat and it did. Get home and check code, p0300 multiple/ random misfire.

Gonna start by checking plugs, wires, and grounds. Anyone have a similar issue or any advice? Would really appreciate it. 2" headers, intake, tb, flex fuel, jms booster, catch can, plugs and wires with heat boots is what was installed.

Sounds like you have a JRE125 package check all plugs and connections and log on to HP tuners and make sure you clear all codes. Who's the tuner?
