I have the stock SS exhaust. Not the NPP dual mode.
It sounds good when I open it up in track and sport. Quiet the rest of the time, which I like too.
I thought that the exhaust in my old ATS-V was more fun and sounded better.

It could be better.. I guess, but holding out for now as have other priorities that I want to put money into.

Stock OEM NPP on mine. I have not heard an aftermarket exhaust I've ever liked.

Does Magnaflow make a xMOD for the Camaro? That was freaking awesome on my Scat Pack

19' SS 1LE - Corsa NPP axle back, Black diamond tips. Stock sounding with the valves closed. In track mode, the downshifts, pops and burbles are absolutely bad-a$$.

Submodel (2.0,V6, SS, ZL1) - 2SS, 1LE
Brand of Exhaust - Corsa NPP
Type (Axle or Cat Back) - Axleback, however I have ARH catless headers and custom x-pipe to replace the crushed pipes
Pros - Build quality, fitment, the tips(!) are fantastic. The NPP function works ridiculously well, it's as quiet as stock with the valves closed. In open valve mode, it just screams at WOT like no other.
Cons - With the headers added, it has some tolerable amount of drone and vibrations at certain RPMs. The crackles and pops are also much much more louder and frequent, especially in colder temperatures (this could be seen as a plus).
Do you like it or not - Yes!

Submodel - 2017 Camaro 2SS
Brand of Exhaust - Factory NPP
Type (Axle or Cat Back) - Kooks 1 7/8 headers with cats to factory X-pipe and NPP.
Pros - Stock exhaust note just louder in all modes. Quiet with no drone when cruising. Race car when accelerating. Stock aerodynamics for the rear of the car.
Cons - Nothing.
Do you like it or not - Headers with Stock NPP is perfect for me. I LOVE IT!

Pro- imo this is the best sounding axel back you can get on an ls/lt powered car. It is also what I would consider my ideal loudness.
Cons- the cold start is vicious. I wouldn’t own this exhaust if I had to start my car every morning. Price.
I love it.

I will say if I didn’t find exactly what I wanted on the used market, I would still have the stock exhaust or buy mbrp/awe. I don’t know when axel backs all of a sudden became 900+ dollars new and I personally can’t believe people actually pay that much for a part that adds exactly zero performance.

Good Morning,
We have MBRP Axleback Systems on sale!

My 2017 has the MBRP, 3" Dual Axle Back with Black, Quad Tips. I looked for a long time and really wanted something that wasn't too loud but did have a little bark when you put your foot in it.

Model: 2017 2SS Fifty Anniv.
Brand : MBRP.
Type: Axle Back.
Pros: Super simply install. Did it in my driveway on two jack stands in about 90 mins. Nice mellow tone around town. Doesn't draw unwanted attention when cruising around. Has a nice bark when you put your foot in it. Completely disappears under steady state driving. As quiet and stock with valves closed on the highway with cruise set.
Cons: None come to mind.
Do I like it: Love it. Best change I made to the car so far. It's there when you want it and disappears when you don't.

We reached out to Flowmaster and this kit should be available next week.
