LT4 Fuel Upgrades.
Looking to get a Magnuson ordered today, adding in a E85 flex kit and LT4 fuel components upgrade. Is there anything else, low hanging fruit, that'd allow me to benefit from the LT4 components? I won't be filling with E85 often and would like to get some use out of the LT4 components.

depending on how much boost you're running the LT4 fuel parts alone wont cut it. You will likely need an AUX pump and fuel lobe cam

If you are going LT4 Magnuson kit the skip the E85, you wont have enough fuel system to run a Maggie and E85.
At the minimum you would also need the LT4 injectors, LT4 high side pump, LT4 in tank pump and maybe even a cam with a modified fuel pump lobe to be able to run E85 on a Maggie. |

I am going to be running the LT1 Magnuson, E85 flex kit, with the LT4 fuel upgrades from Jannetty. You don't think that will be enough to run E85?

From what I’ve heard from Jannetty and other sources is you can run up to approx. e60 before running out of fuel. If you want full e85 you would need to upgrade cam or go with a secondary injection system.

I have spoke with B&R who makes the Fireball Camaro. They have pushed the LT1 as far as possible and broke one on purpose just so see how far was too far since it was the engine in their shop car since they knew they were going to build a wicked setup afterwards. They are adamant that the LT1 fuel system, and even the LT4 fuel system isnt enough to run a supercharger and E85 and reliably make power. |

I run a Maggie with Lt4 injectors, Lingenfelter big bore pump. I will probably put the Lt4 lift pump also. However I have talked to Mike at Magnuson and its tough to run the e85 system with our setup

It all depends on the pulley size.
