The ground point is hard to get to. I get to it from underneath, and you have to pull those panels and the shear plate. You might need to pull that actual engine mount, which means supporting the engine. Thus the bulletin for the dealer to follow.

My fix after cleaning and checking grounds failed was a bad battery harness. Have been issue free for the last 5k miles....not a single bounce after they replaced that harness.

I had the same issue, have them check your battery, specifically the negative side of things, I ended up also having a engine cylynoid cable replaced. My tach would jump 3/5k at a time. Auto a8 trans.
