My mother-in-law works over at NOLA Motorsports park in New Orleans and sent me some pictures, she isnt the best photographer.

And gave me very little details, I just know Stevenson Motorsports, and Pratt/Miller Engineering were out there testing some cars.

Anyway, here are the pics. The track is amazing!

I've actually only been out to the track 3 times and they were all on business so No I haven't gotten to have any fun.

BUT, my car comes in a week, and I'm having my bachelor party out there on the karting track, so that'll be awesome.

And I'll be out there a couple times a month after April 15th

Well that's my luck, the track is 10min from my house and I was planning to go but my wife was dragging me to a couples shower and one of her friend's lame birthday parties. Damn

I agree! I pm'd one of the mods about it, and never got a reply.

ITs a great facility, and can definitely support tons of people, plus its right next to the french quarter!

They have shuttles to and from the track for bachelor parties so people dont drive drunk as well.

I understand haha, Maybe ill see u out there. Once I get my car and have more time, ill try to set up a meet out there with the camaro5-ers

We should definitely have a meet out there. We can even go play on the karts if people don't want to pay for a track day with their car.

Yeah, we missed out on this one.... You know this is almost as bad as when I left right after the Petit LeMans time trials and realized that the Grand Am Camaros were going to run an hour later.......

vroomapunk, I'll take you up on the track days/NASA events once the 1LE is broke-in. Which should be around october/november time-frame. Oh, are you in the Karting league at NOLA?

Not yet, my bachelor party next saturday will be the first time Ive been karting out there. And, Ill be out there pretty often after that. But I did hear about the leagues and talk with them out there a couple weeks ago, sounds cool

I know it would be a drive for most of the members here but NOLA Motorsports would be hands down the best place to host Camaro5Fest.
