For me. Exhaust is a must. After four years of TSP Headers and Cherry Bomb Extremes, I went back to stock exhaust . It's been a couple of weeks and I'm ready for a new exhaust. Stock is just too tame and lame.

you will need to get the car tuned with headers. You will be running rich and you will get a check engine light from the rear o2 sensors. the tune will fix those. Depends on the shop as for inspection. Stay away from the city shops. Helps to know your shop. what part of ny? with a tune you will pass the computer part of the inspection.
