Does the kit come with detailed install instructions?

Could you provide a baseline tune for 1 7/8 x 3" long tube headers + secondary cat delete and muffler delete? If so, how much would that cost?

What would be total all in cost for a kit shipped to Ontario, Canada including taxes and shipping?

If need be, could you ship it to a pickup point near the boarder so I could pick it up in the US and avoid extra fees?

Can you load a base zl1 tune? I know the zl1 has different pistons, i think camshaft, and fuel system but that would be closer than a stock ss tune i would think?

Yes and no, but if you need one just to get you running it would be fine, but not to go and test out to see. I may have a base tune for the conversion somewhere
