Bumper adjustment bolts

Hi,

I'm trying to get the bumper and hood fitment perfect. I came across this blog post: https://sandyblogs.com/techlink/?p=5622 but I realized my bolts don't have any (or very little) loctite on them. Is it safe to fully remove the bolts to put some loctite on them? i don't want to remove them only to have something drop underneath that I'm not able to get to.

Thanks!

If you look through the top of the grill on both sides, this is what you’ll see. The jacking bolt rests on the bracket and is set at the factory.
