True.
I had Lloyds Ultimats on my Camaro and these GM mats don't even come close to the quality.... but, it's all we've got right now.

Also true... and this is why I canceled that option on the C7 and went with a forum vendor.... I've already got them.... car's TPW is next week.

There are no screws. There are 7 clips on the bottom of the sill plate, with holes in the car to receive them. You can remove them by carefully prying up on the plate with a tool (be careful not to scratch).
