Nice build. Did you reuse your factory oil pump?

Speaking of the pump, the pick up went very smoothly

Installed the BMR poly engine mounts. Honestly, at first they were a bit of a pain in the ass. Directions kind of suck, but went smoothly once I figured it out. Factory pass side mount was leaking, so was a needed upgrade anyway. Nice looking mounts. Shame they really arent visible

Deleted the vvt and dod. I know vvt makes a little more power down low, but im going to try and learn on hp tuners after this. Figured it would be easier with an ls3 swap

Did you disassemble the oil pump to line it up on the pickup tube? Cause it sure is a pain to line them up for me every time.

Yup you can see in th pic its apart. Was actually pretty darn easy once disassembled. The girdle is a nice addition as well. Keeps even pressure on the pickup when tightening down. I lubed up the oring and the mating surface as well and all seems good

I have one as well. I will never understand why they didn't do that from the factory as the pumps already have both holes drilled and threaded. You would think an oil pickup tube would be something you want extra secured. But I guess that extra .15 cents adds up over the entire production volume.

So back to the build again. Got the Mishimoto radiator installed. Very nice unit and fit perfect with no modification needed.

Also got the Tru cool 40k cooler installed. I decided to bypass the rad and run staright to the cooler. For anyone who doesnt know, the pass side tranny line is the feed line and the driver side is obviously the return.
