The full exhaust is stainless steel. I've done a full exhaust swap on my friends. Stainless steel can not rust...it will turn color, maybe that is what you are seeing, or dried mudd. It is not possible for aluminum or stainless steel to rust, and there is plenty of these materials under there. Some surface corrosion is normal. Any cast iron parts that aren't coated will have normal surface rust too...something is odd here.

I am not a mechanic. But when the pipes leave the engine and come together and head to the back of the car the pipes are all red rust color. That was the worst. The others were some rust colors others almost a whitish color they were showing me

No. Zoom in on picture. Dark dark black. And like I said I got it washed many times. It rains here almost every day. There was nothing on the pipes

I do not think that is true. It looks like aluminized steel to me. The weld is definitely not stainless.

Also, stainless steel's ability to mitigate rusting depends on the type of stainless steel being use. For instance, 409 SS absolutely will rust. 304 SS is much more corrosion resistant.

Rack? You mean lift? Cause rack means frame machine, at least here. Unless it's been wrecked, shouldn't be on the rack. Over 12k miles, in New England, had it on the lift multiple times, no rust at all.
