Dragy 30 - 90 mph

Just got a Dragy since getting to the track has been challenging lately. Did a couple of 30 to 90 mph pulls. I know its a weird range, but its whats "practical" for me.

Got a 4.63 and a 4.78 ... interested to compare to others. Will post screenshots, but they're on my phone.

I mainly needed something scientific to compare my tuning changes as seat of the pants just didnt work any more.

i can tell you that my m6 bolt on ss 1LE is right around 4.8 depending on traction.

Are you logging with HPT when you do this? I would suggest that you log both driven wheel speed and undriven wheel speed. Watch for bumps in the driven and speedo channels that are not there in the undriven channel, this is wheelspin. Visual aid below of spinning street tires, top line is the speed channel and bottom line is the undriven (front wheels) channel. There might have been some wheelspin during your runs.

I normally do. This wasnt one of my logging runs. Just testing out the Dragy. It's very likely there was spin. I was hoping that with the hotter days the tires would do better, but I'm going to have to get DRs for the street I guess. I know

you told me so.

I just put my ET streets back on and I'm moving to a much better place for this kind of thing.

Is there a trick to setting the Dragy to certain speeds like this ?

I couldn't figure it out lol

You have to open app, connect to the dragy, , go to custom mode and set up your start and end points.

Captured a 40-110 and a better 30-90. I don't have any frame of reference to know where it puts me, but I can at least compare run to run when making tuning changes.
