Yeah I did some checking and it's sitting at the railyard in Toledo Ohio.

Not sure when it will get loaded onto a train and shipped but it's been sitting in the railyard since Tuesday.

They look like all ex-demo? What's with the mileage? I don't consider those new!

I think that’s the distance from his location that he searched

Guys are correct. That’s just the distance from me in my search. Did “National” They are all new.

Hey Guys. Update on my ZLE... She is now at 3400 with a TPW of May 27th.

I wanted to put something out there that I'm still very uncomfortable with. I had a hell of a time getting allocation for my order. I ended up finding a dealer that successfully placed my order, but at a price. There is a $10K premium over MSRP! I thought that as time went on, I would be able to convince them to get that number down. Well it looks like they are standing firm. Below is a reply to a recent email I sent:

Hi Herb,
The pricing decision is “policy” established for similar products in all three stores.* I am trying to find a way to get some consideration for your transaction that does not appear to be preferential treatment for one of my deals over someone else’s in our organization.
It does not help my cause that there is an interested party willing to pay $25,000 over just to get one.* He is from outside our market so there is no interest in selling him the car as we have already committed it to you.* Please be patient and I will do my best.

I get it. ZL1 numbers in Canada are small. But I can't help feeling bent over regarding the premium amount on top of the MSRP. Even at 95K, there is, in my mind nothing else to compare this vehicle to.

I'm curious to know what other Canadian owners and potential owners think about this. I say Canadian, as the US market is an entirely different beast.

NEVER EVER PAY OVER MSRP FOR A VEHICLE PERIOD! I got the first ZL1 delivered in Canada March 2017 and paid MSRP. Even tho there were only 50 in Canada total that year... But hey it’s your money ...

You should not have to pay over msrp. That’s BS. Actually, I didn’t ask for any deals at all and my sales lady gave me 2 grand off MSRP. I didn’t ask for F-all off.
Quite honestly this pisses me right off. Like big time.
That’s a shitty move a Ford dealer would do.
Whether the car is awesome or not it’s still to me not right.
But, I can’t blame you for paying the premium. They are absolutely awesome cars.
