I paid MSRP for mine in Ontario. I tried to haggle some money off and they said “they can’t” that “GM isn’t allowing us to discount these cars in any way in Canada” they threw in a Hat and Car cover / Free Tire Protection with 3yr $0 deductible to help. Also showed me a letter from GM stating “all ZL1/ ZL1 1LE and ZR1 are EXCLUDED from any form of discounts possible”. As far as I know the only thing that works is those GM points off the Visa card BS.

There are ZL1’s 5 for sale across Canada on Autotrdaer.ca
I got the very first ZL1 in 2017 in all of Canada and had to call every dealer from St John’s NL to Manitoba to find one. Used Thorsons vehicle enclosed transportation and shipped it home. If you want one hustle and find one. They are out there. ZLE is a diff story ... Rare as hell.. Good luck!

Well assuming that the difference between MSRP and Invoice is the same in Canada as in the USA, there was only $3300 difference between the two. It sucks having to pay MSRP, but at least it is not like there is a 10K difference between the two.

We have one being build this week, hopefully this will go thru and we should see ours by end of May or so. It's sad that this car is being limited into Canada, but i think the limited build and our weak dollar has a lot to do with it. My opinion Good luck to anyone that is waiting and or has ordered a ZL1 1LE in this part of of our world |

I'm in Edmonton Alberta, I ordered just a plain old ZL1 and I was given $2500.00 off MSRP on my deal.
I really had to fight for this back at the early ordering process, as I was told most dealers around here are charging a markup over MSRP due to the limited availability of the car. Which honestly is a joke because I was working three dealers before settling on one and they were all willing to move to get the car sold. I would never EVER pay over MSRP. If it came down to it I would have been shopping for a different vehicle. That being said, I ordered at the beginning of January and my car is supposedly being built next week, the whole process up here just kinda sucks. |

There is no mark up on my Car, but no discounts either.
As for being rare in these parts, I'm told my car is the only ZL1 for eastern Canada, and the only mosaic black Zl1 (Not Including ZLE) coming to Canada, can anyone actually confirm this. And don't shoot the messenger, Only relaying what I am told.

It's a difficult situation. Currently, there is only 1 ZL1 1LE available in Canada (according to my searches). It's a used 2018 with 4000kms. They are asking $85K!!

UI got mine for 2000 below MSRP without asking. Trust me, it’d be tough to beat the price I paid as I didn’t have to pay tax. So I also bought extra rims/rubber and some extra warranty on electronics. Iirc, i know I’m close on this number but before the price of extra rims, warranty crap i was at I’m pretty sure 80,393.
How could I go wrong????? Even discounted ZLE’s in the states, do the dollar conversion, I see it as a fantastic deal that I got |
