You get to pick only one.

I was at PRI and wow all the cool stuff that I would love to buy! So which would you pick if you only could choose one?

1 Armstrong dry sump system.

2 Penske double or possibly triple adjustable shocks.

3 BREMBO RACING SYSTEMS

No point in changing out the DSSV's and we already have 6pot front brembo's so I guess the dry sump if that is the only 3 options.

Go APs and save the weight! Mine saved about 58lbs if IRC.

Only if you need the adjustability.

From a damping and performance standpoint, I don't see them being any better than the DSSV.

If your oiling isn't an issue, and your happy with the suspension, brakes will lower laps times.

Man this a tuff one!!
Car is 1LE so just Magi here.
Just got Blackstone report as I am concerned if oil lines oil pump and oil cooler heat exchanger should be replaced or cleaned. Piston aluminum and broken valve materials did not go threw engine.

My PDR data does not show any oiling issues but who knows the sampling rate of the system?
Gerotor oiling pumps in LS are known to cavitate @ 6K. I have no idea LT system.

Not sure I would go with AP over Brembos.
I stopped by Stoptech and they are coming out with kits.

Had long chat Alonzo and he get me Penski or Ohlins.

Stopped by BMR too. Last time on the rack I am only getting -1.7 in the rear. Will get more pieces to allow -2.0

25 lbs off with AP is huge. It that from zl1 1le brakes?

I had Stoptech's on my e90 335i and they were great! The Brembos on the SS 1LE are good too, but I seem to get more high temp discoloration and less than even disc wear. They're "good enough" it seems for the 6 or 8 days I do a year. But if Stoptech came out with something more capable than the stockers for a good price, I'd consider upgrading based on my BMW experience. Similar cars too... high hp, and heavy.
