Will they fit? 325/50/15

I will let you know in a few days.

These are going on a friends 2016 Camaro and if they fit I will promptly be ordering me a set. I will post up more pics when we actually get to try them on the car.

Think you're going to need the Carlyle rear brake kit to get 15s on the back of a 6th gen SS.

They fit. Would like them to be tucked a little more but not bad.

The skinnys really blend in. You can barely tell they are there. Here is one more angle.

I couple of notes about the install. this car already had the bmr parts. everything fit but the rear bar needed a shallower head bolt and one of the spacers had to be ground a little shorter.

the brake lines rub the rim if the car is on the lift. we ground the sharp edges(casting marks) off the top and bottom of the spindle where it was closest to the rim.

1st trip to the track at 5psi of boost on e40 netted a 6.99@101 with a 1.60 60' the car would have gone quicker with more aggressive brake boosting but the track started bitching about no roll bar.

it was pretty cool at the track and the tires needed a decent burn out to hook. the car was losing traction on some of the first runs. when he came back to the pits the tires were still cool to the touch. after doing a more aggressive burn out they hooked well.

cant wait to see it turned up and I cant wait to get a set of my own. I am going to try bronze.

What rim offset/ width did you use to clear?

It is the 15x10 rims and the 17x4.5 rims on this page.

Did you all go with the 15s because of tire growth? I was considering the 325/30/19s (ET Street SS not the Rs). If I go 19s would I tear up the car during a burnout or at launch?
2nd crazy question: when going from 19 to 18 at what point do you need a speedometer adjustment? ET Street SS also come in a 345/35/18...would the 18s allow enough room for growth and how off would my speedo be?

I went 15’s because they work better for drag racing. More side wall allows a longer contact patch. Also tires are cheaper.

Speedo chages are a result of tire height and have nothing to do with rim size.

No idea if those other tires mentioned would fit.
