I have never seen the one in the Z06, but here is HUD in my 17 ZL1. It does have shift lights, but I would never take a picture when the shift lights show up.

It's different from the Corvette, same as the one in ATS and CTS.

That looks like my 2014 CTS VSPORT HUD. In my car it is distorted at certain angles due to the projection angle or something. Anybody have that double vision situation on the Camaro at certain angles?

Has anyone else noticed the distortion to the HUD while wearing polarized sunglasses? Regular sunglasses don't cause it.

I've been driving mine for a little over a month and haven't had any issues with the HUD. It is much clearer than my previous 07 Z06.

This is true for all HUD units. Polarized lenses make it very difficult to see.

That's what polarized lenses are made for; to reduce glare. Boaters and fisherman buy them to cut down on the glare from the sun being reflected off the water. So when your HUD is projecting a display and reflecting it off the inside of your windshield, of course the polarized sunglasses will distort it.
