could anyone including OP please tell me how long it took for you to get GM to respond and take back the car? Im in a month now and anxiously waiting for them to respond. I was told by the lawyer that GM usually responds within 4-5 months!! please dont tell me its that long. i want this car gone and cant stand the payments anymore for a car i hate...

Do you know if this guy would take on a case from NY? I have a thread posted in recalls telling the whole story. Right now it's not lemon law, but multiple major issues with multiple components including wiring, electronics, and now internal engine damage. Started at 1100 miles, and now has 1900 miles. Just will not end with one issue after another. Thanks.

I dont think CA attorneys can work on NY matters.

Hi, just got a call from GM say they will buyback or replacement my car. one thing im concerning is replace an identical car is based on my car's MSRP or Purchased price?. i got rebates and some discount because 2019 and 2020 ( mine is 2018 only 2000 miles).
