Help buying a new 2ss
Hey guys if this isnt allowed let me know,
I have been waiting for rebates to get better for me to be in a better spot to buy my dream car at a decent price. Unfortunately rebates have sucked is there any realistic idea on what haggle room there is on these cars for non competitive car owners? I heard next month is likely the 20 to 25% off black Friday sale but I'm worried by that time I'll be stuck with 2019s and I don't want that! |

Best thing is shop around. Even if you have to go further away, it's worth it. I once had to go 100 miles for a brand new Mazda Speed 3 back in 2011. I not only saved at least 5K, they delivered the car to me on a flat bed right to my door. Some dealers are very hungry, does not hurt or make some phone calls or even E mail some dealers. If you know exactly the car you want, the ball is in your court.

IMO the best way is to get a slightly used 2017. I would be looking all over the country as well. There are plenty of people who leased em for a year, put a few thousand miles on and returned them. They are in great condition and they ate all the depreciation. Can be worth it big time to fly somewhere and drive it home if you can save thousands.

I bought both my new 12 and new 17 a year after they were made. there will be 18s on lots into early next year (june july) but you may have to go out of state to buy one. My 12 was out of state.
