Hey Jay,
Good luck w the Sale! Understand the kids in sports thing and not having the time for the car. That kept me from most of my hobbies while mine grew up. There will be a time when you can get back into it. I have one out of the house and one in Law school now and my weekends (other than what my wife has me committed to) are pretty free…
