Seems like the easiest path. Anything further gets to the point of diminishing returns. I am hoping to hear the dyno results today. I'll post once I hear from vengeance...

Ok, I got the results and I'm not very happy. Baseline was 566 which isn't bad for an 80* day. Today it was over 90*; the hottest day off the year, but she only made 629. This is with 2" coated kooks, green cats, rotofab big gulp, a ported stock blower, 2.3 underdrive griptec pulley, 103 katech tb, colder plugs, plug wires, catch can and full tune. I haven't seen the dyno graph yet so I am not sure about timing and iat. Car is only making 11psi boost! Shouldn't it be making more like 13-14psi? How is it that complete street performance made more power than this BEFORE adding headers! Not sure what to think at this point. Really not happy.

Dont get worried about dyno numbers. I bet it hauls ass now. I have about same as you on my car except for ported blower and a vengeance mail tune. Never been on dyno but it went 135 mph in the 1/4 at 10.82 with a 1.98 60ft.

That’s pretty good considering the temps of the day. With the 2.3 pulley you would only see about 2 psi increase but with the SC being ported you lose restriction so the boost drops a bit so 11psi seems right.

What was torque numbers?

Wow, get that 60’ yo at least a 1.7x and you’ll be mid 10s easy.

Every car is different. CSP had the advantage of really cold temps when they did his shop ZL1 too. There's was no pulley but with headers, ported snout, Kong blower, 103mm NW TB, etc.

11 PSI does sound low...I trust Vengeance though. Maybe talk with Ron and just make sure everything is straight and if so, the track numbers will not lie.

Tq was 631 after final tune. Thanks for the encouragement guys. It seems like mine is the lowest output I've heard of with similar mods. My reason for the choice of mods was seeing most guys making North of 650 before adding a ported blower. I am not sure what's wrong. I never wanted to build any kind of monster, but thought that I'd get more for the money than this.... Going to email David and see what ideas they have.

You're not going to make 14lbs off that 2.3 griptec. 11 is safe and spot on, which is what mine made when they did the same pulley swap during my build

Isn't 11 stock boost? The 2.3 is supposed to be 9% and increase boost to 13 according to everything I have read. Still trying to figure out why with the 103tb and p&p supercharger it's only making 11psi. I would be more understanding if she showed a weak baseline Dyno, but 566 seems pretty healthy. What else am I missing? I am hoping beyond hope that it was just complete heat soak, but we'll see.

My guess is you ran out of low side fuel pressure. The boost pressure seems right since you have the ported blower and no cats. I run around 13.5 with the same setup but I have high flow cats. Ask about your low side fuel pressure, see if that's the reason, if so I would be curious what there suggestions are
