Now that Cunningham is gone and ARS charges exorbitant prices for tunes I'm on the hunt for a tuner for my currently stock 16 1ss m6. All my friends got tunes back in the beginning of the 6th gen era for 500-650 and now they're just insane prices.

Was looking at New Era but they have not responded to 5+ phone calls and numerous emails despite promising to call back so maybe some day they'll learn how to run a business but jury's still out on that.

Please let me know of fairly priced quality tuners in and around LA that can do flex fuel tunes

cunningham did my car at his shop before he closed it but he still does tunes if you can pm me i can get you his info!

Yeah his price is no longer worth it with a $400 flat fee and $100 charge per hour if i recall not to mention how far away he is now. Just not even close to worth it

I've emailed him his pricing and distance from me doesn't really interest me. I am looking for someone to install headers sub $500 and to tune for under $650. No one in performance tuning seems to be able to respond to basic forms of communication.

New Era still won't respond and exhaust shop I knew did headers I believe got raided so if anyone has the plug please let me know so I can order parts

Excelsior motorsports hands down.
They retuned tuned my car with no changes to the mods and where able to get 10 more who while using less timing.

Guy is a magician.

ok, ty...I wasn't asking about Excelsior...wasn't really looking for a shop, especially in San Diego County area. I was just curious about what happened to the other two shops, just as an informational ...since they are two more well known shops for late model performance in SoCal.

I was told that tax problems shutdown Cunningham.
But that is just what I was told.

@redbarnracing he does installs and tunes for an extremely good price....he was Cunninghams Mechanic when they were still open. Hit him up on instagram he is busy but will get back to you as soon as he can. He built my car and tuned it for a very good price.
