Modded the stock airbox after K&N drop in filter

I know I'm not the first to do it, but I love the intake sound improvement and the fact that it is free. It made the intake more audible and seemed to improve throttle response, and wide open on the highway in this cool weather it put a smile on my face. Seat dyno approved. (Maybe this combined with my other mods complement each other well).

I only did a YouTube video of revving from idle, after mod. But if you can see the pics in my first post, you can see where to cut the box.

When you pull out the bottom half of your air box it will all make sense.

I've never taken my box out so the pic makes no sense to me. Don't know if that cut is in the side or at the bottom.
