It also does help that this is actually posted in the wrong area...as the Indiana peeps are all in the Great Lakes area of the forums..

I think that's a great idea! I wish I could put mine into hibernation, but it's my everyday driver- one of the reasons I opted for the V6

Central Indiana Camaro Club

Hoosier Street Rods
Southside Mustang Club - good bunch of people despite driving Fords
IndyRPM - usually does an annual New Years lap around I-465 as well as other car shows...

There are others as well...some worthwhile, some not....it all depends on the groups you like to join
Thanks for all the info, I had no idea there were so many clubs, and honestly didn't even know where to begin to look for them.

No problem....

If you're on the Northside, there is Cars and Coffee at Gator Motorsports on 96th street....

https://www.facebook.com/IndyCarsandCoffee/

Usually happens between 10am-1pm on Saturday's...

If you're on the Southside, there is the Suds hangout in Greenwood.

https://www.facebook.com/thesudsdrivein/

Usually starts around 12pm-2pm (depending on the heat) and goes until about 10pm.... tons of different cars.... Southside Mustang Club comes out, Corvette clubs are out (usually 10-15 at least)... the Camaro clubs here in Indy... and Jeeps/lifted trucks as well.. plus motorcycles..

There's also Edward's Drive-In restaurant off Emerson on the East side... there is usually a drive-in night, I believe it's Thursday but I can't remember atm...

I included a few pics from the Suds, as it is pretty popular during the spring/summer...
