So with a tune are you running on stock plugs and stock plug gap?

No. I can’t say the butt dyno felt a difference

Yes. We've checked plugs and he knows we could go a step colder but haven't seen the dramatic need to quite yet.

I ran .025, probably would not have run that close of a gap though if I wasn't daily driving with mostly ethanol. Took them out with 8k miles on them, here is how they looked.

NP. I actually put the NGK 6510's back in for now that had around 7k miles on them. I'm currently looking for a better option. The stock plugs, the NGK's and the Brisks all did not seem to fair well for me. Plugs just may be a 10k sorta maintenance item with my driving style and aggressive tuning. Or, I just haven't found the right plug yet. Or maybe I'm too picky. IDK?

It's probably the last option there, but who cares, right? That's the fun part!

I am kinda surprised more issues with spark plugs have not come up. The plugs were a limiting factor at 450whp. We kept melting them. There is a plug on the ZZP website that addresses this issue. Since I saved you from learning this one the hard way, buy a set from them.

Good to know i doubt many will get to those power levels for awhile though. The stock turbo on stock engine is severely limited to what power you can make reliably and safely without E85 or Methanol. I doubt anything over 350whp can be consistently made and even that's pushing it without upgraded turbo components.

There seems to be alot of guys buying my 450whp setup. Like way more than I expected. That power level will need the other plugs. Thats the point when the plugs started to shit the bed.
