Noises from suspension help

I feel like this is just an easy fix, maybe somethings loose? Anyway, so I went to go get new tires from my local Evans Tires, also got tire alignment. After a day or two I start hearing clunking noises coming mostly from the front left side of my car which I’m guessing is the suspension, it’s been 2 weeks (I know I should’ve gone and gotten it checked out earlier but I haven’t had time), the clunking noises are much more noticeable, also you can definitely tell somethings wrong when going over bumps or really worn out roads because it makes more noises now and ride isn’t as smooth as before, my steering wheel gets a little rattle now if that makes any sense, before it was smooth little to zero movement from steering wheel when just going straight and cruising. Anyone know what might be causing the problem? I’m going to Chevy tomorrow for an oil change and ask them about it too. Btw, it’s a V6 1LT 2017. Thank you

I feel like I could’ve made this much shorter haha
