is my rear half shaft broken?
I started hearing a knocking sound from the rear end passenger side at low speeds after my first track day with this camaro SS (my previous V6 didn't have issues using the same setup). I checked the bolts connecting to the rear differential, and they are still tight with the colored marks still matching lines, i seen some members show their bolts coming loose, but not in this case. I performed a tug on the half shaft while i was replacing the rear differential fluid and it has just a little bit of play but the rear sway bar also has the same amount of play.
Could it be the stiff BMR trailing arm upgrade having something to do with it, Since it is transferring more power to the tires?

Kinda looks like an odd angle, but it's hard to really call it from just the visual. I've seen boots roll/bind into weird angles, making it look like something was FUBAR.
Can you clarify as to whether that BMR control arm was or was not on your V6? |

Yeah, the BMR lower trailing arms were installed previously on the V6. I will try to jack it again tonight and check bushings on outer trailing arms, and add better pictures.
