Wacky Passenger Rear View Mirror

Does anyone know why the passengers' rear view mirror moves up or down, when you enter and start the car? Also when you stop the car and open the door to exit with the reverse adjustment of mirrors turned off on 2018 2SS?
thanks in advance

Could also be auto memory recall associated with key fobs 1 and 2, not just the reverse tilt down feature.

Outside Mirror

How would you clear the auto recall due to the fobs?

If you go into your vehicle settings in the DIC you can turn off the automatic recall.

I thought i was the only one. My damn mirrors are always in the same position when I start the car, but they're out of my range, so adjust. Sure enough, they are back to the original setting, and have to adjust again.

It's in your settings, to have both mirrors do it, just the passenger, or none. It might be under assists or something I forget, it's for backing up so look there. I like the passenger mirror tilting down for when I get next to curbs.

Okay, then perhaps it's the easy exit setting that might be enabled and the exit position for the passenger side mirror set to a weird one.
