Ya it was pretty easy. Somewhere on this thread is a link to lowes for the brake booster fitting. I drilled and taped the hole with a 1/2 npt tap and threaded the fitting in and good to go.

I have a JLT catch can. So I did not have to modify the stock pcv line. You can cut the connectors off the stock hose and use those with a piece of hose to extend that pretty easy.

I modified the underside of the intake myself. Took about 30 minutes to do that and a little over an hour to install on the car.

I purchased my intake from Summit and my engine cover from GM Parts outlet.

the catch can didn't intercept that vacuum line? you left the port open on the intake manifold?

If this is a repeat I apologizw but an interesting article on the LT2 and its differences from the LT1. Minimal in some areas, most differences are the in the intake, dry sump, exhaust headers. The cam timing is different too.

if i recall correctly, LT2 has the same rotating assembly and cylinder heads as LT1. different cam profile and external hardware.

I wonder if they will ever put the new cam in the Camaro, LT1 seems like would be a easy bump in HP, and without the dry sump still less then Vette.

Porting?

Anyone know where else I can find one ported? Only place i see it ported is on GPI but comes out to more than $700...

Or would anyone with the knowledge to do so here, port it for me? Of course I'd pay. I just don't know how. I'm in NJ.
