Re-Read the very 1st post in this thread. Submissions start on Thursday and end on Tuesday which was the 27th.

Glad I read through all the posts before replying. I would've just repeated most of what you said. LOL!

To add a little insight to the Feb 9th ordering cycle, dealers will have from the 9th to the 14th to place their orders against an allocation, so it could be a happy valentines day for some!

I had to put my name on a March allocation yesterday as my dealer still couldn't give me a definite on when they were getting an allocation. I really liked my salesman at the other dealer, but I was utterly deflated when I was the first one on the list for an automatic and was told my order was not picked up in December, but instead they got an allocation for 2 manuals. He told me to hang in there. This new dealership says they have a deposit on their February 9th allocation and have March and April available. So I jumped on March. The Texas cold will be good and gone by the time it gets here.

My dealer received 2 A10 allocations. He says that he does not know what cycle month they will fall in. If I am reading your post correctly either my dealer is pulling my leg or yours is pulling yours... Probably Mine..lol.. Or your dealer my have several allocations.

Hate to hear you're having to wait longer, but I'm happy that it's going to work out for you. I had to do the same thing. I really wanted to buy the car from my friend who is the manager at my local dealer, but he was told he wasn't getting any allocations for phase 2, so that meant having to wait until the 2018s rolled around, at which point we still didn't know if he would for sure be able to get one at then. He found me one at another dealership and I luckily got my order in just in time to be picked up for this first round.

According to them they have allocations for all of the cycles this year from January, which was already sold, through April. It will be interesting to see if it goes straight to 2000 status on the official date in March.

yeah it was a let down for sure, but I have several cars to clear out of my garage, so this gives me plenty of time to make room. I know you are excited to know that beast almost within reach.

They have no clue if they are getting allocations in Feb or March. A good bet is yes they will, but they do not have that information yet.

Like Becky said in another thread, that they know how many ZL1S they can order but don't know which configuration until GM tells them at the time for acceptance. So they might only have them for manuals, but atleast your first on their list so if they do get a A10 allocation then you'll get it.

I didn't cancel my other order just in case. It could come as soon as next month and I have refundable deposits at both dealers, so no harm no foul if this new dealer never has to place the order in March if the other comes through sooner.

The next cycle is 2/9 as you stated. If my order is at 1100 when would I see it transition before 2/9 or after? How do I know if my dealer has any allocations? I don't think they've ordered on yet.

The 2/9 Order Cycle - would be the soonest.
