Hardwiring Wifi Router in Trunk
Hey Guys!
I'm trying to now hardwire a LTE hotspot in my trunk (free to add an extra line and therefore better than onstar's data) and am trying to find a switched power fuse to tap in the rear fuse box. Is there one? Also, where should I connect the negative wire of the hardwire kit to? |

Actually, no :( I'm tapped into one of the fuses that is always hot but it's a massive pain since I have to unplug every time or my battery will die

This isnt the trunk but you could tap the cigarette lighter its switched. Then you could place the hotspot sort of behind the center vents. There is an opening right behind your kneepad.

Plug in a relay that will cut the circuit whenever the car turns off. Wire it to something that is active only when the car is running.
