my ac wont turn (power light wont turn on either)

so basically my ac will not turn on and digital temp light wont turn on either. Pretty much my bottom half of my dash is dead. what can this be?

I have but maybe im checking the wrong fuse lol do you guys know what number it is? and is it the fuse box under the hood?

Well, not sure, but in the engine fuse box check F52 and K8, and in the trunk fuse box (near amp, under carpet, middle of trunk) check F2 and F14.

If the fuses are good, try a reset by unhooking the battery for 10 minutes.... this has helped others with their issues....

Worth a try....

Anything "K" is a relay. Most people are not going to be able to check that.

"bottom half of the dash is dead" sounds like a harness connection problem.

You will need to get it scanned, but will have to do it with a scanner that can read the Body Control Modules. There could be a few things causing a problem. For instance, the HVAC Module is under the dash on the passenger side. If it's bad and needs to be replaced, it has to be programmed by the dealer or someone that has an interface and a subscription to GM's service portal.
