Generally speaking, tune is a no-no, while CAI is more dealer-dependent.
The obvious exception is the GM Performance CAI. Not the best performance per buck, but it is nice eye candy, gives you a tiny gain(dyno shows 15~20 WHP increase), and it retains the warranty as it is a GM OEM part. You can even order a Camaro with it installed from the factory.
