GM is messing with us. "Production of the 2024 Camaros will begin on Aug 7th". It's not Aug 7th and we have a CE already. LOL.

I thought I seen in a thread on here a few weeks ago that the CE ZL1's all had TPW of July 17th. They were going to run off all 300 or 350 which ever it may be before the official start of the 24 models were ran. Not saying this is validated but I remember seeing it somewhere on here a few weeks back. |

Regular production for 2024 Camaros starts Aug. 7. This is likely an early production prototype used for evaluation of fit and finish before the regular ‘24 run begins. If the quality control team is satisfied with this car (note the front fender logo is missing), it could end up as a show car or press vehicle - or used for testing by Chevrolet before being crushed. The window sticker on the dash probably doesn’t include pricing and includes a special VIN and (in big letters) a phrase like NOT FOR SALE.

That is indeed a CTF. I have a buddy in the Lansing plant that has been driving a 24 for a month now
I was fortunate enough to score a 2SS CE. It is sitting in 3000 with at TPD of 8/28 |

Not a fan of the color. Just my opinion, but it looks bland for a final-year collector's edition. Hopefully will look different in higher quality photos.

Yeah, I don't like the Matt either, but the metallic black is freaking awesome!

The (current) black paint is non-metallic, isn't it?

Ahh, got it. I was going to say.. I thought the "standard" black (like what my new ZL1 is) is non-metallic. I would much prefer a metallic paint but it is what it is...thankfully black has much depth to make up for it.
