So, we'll see.
Yes, this run doesn't count in MF boys eyes, because it wasn't run on the same day as the Enzo. lol

Understood...but where is this angle gonna leave him in the log run?? Seems self destructive losing all credibility??

Maybe the non GM fanboys will cling to the stupidity for a while, but anyone with even a hair of objectivity has gotta see through this. There was really no need to even mention the 1LE...just discredit any and all hero runs for any and all tracks. That about sums up the article.

Crap, I would be embarrassed to have that published & reckon he is getting hammered with comments on social media.

I would pay money to have this guy sit in the passenger seat & let this driver take him around the track & watch his facial expressions Talk about falling on your own sword...idiot.

If he rode in the passenger seat, he would probably shit his pants

I think it is ludicrous to say the ring means nothing, maybe in the US where 1/4 mile rules. But I looked this up...

"After World War II, racing resumed in 1947 and in 1951, the Nordschleife of the Nürburgring again became the main venue for the German Grand Prix as part of the Formula One World Championship "

I would hope losing credibility (if he has any) is the case. But there are so many idiots that cling to stuff like this and will just love this guy it just makes me shake my head.

You see it all the time on youtube. They learn to live with the negative fallout because the fans just keep lining up.

Unfortunately that's exactly the way it works.

Actually, the tint twisty little lanes in Europe are why they had underpowered anemic vehicles. They had no frikking highways save the the famed high speed Autobahn. This country on the other hand is vast with Interstate highways stretching from coast to coast.
Americans once preferred large and comfortable cars and a different form of automobile competition than our Euro counterparts. The current generation of
car enthusiast appears to have a desire to be globally correct in their driving choice. Personally, I enjoy raw horsepower and the rush of a quarter mile sprint however, I grew up when this country thrived on that type of performance.
The "ring" is a measure of a certain type of performance of which the author has apparently suffered great trauma from having his ass handed to him by the lowly GM offerings. Kinda like the anti Trumper folks, they just can't accept the truth.

Most Ford fanboys don't except it because Ford doesn't do it. Then if Ford doesn't do it, then none of the cars are stock and are ringers and cheaters. So imho, there just butt hurt because they wish there beloved Ford would camera there test, but since they don't, they need to dog the whole concept of the ring times. They spew so much accusations, but have come up with not one piece of evidence to back it up. So in there mind, GM is guilty until proved innocent.
