Zl1 to ZL1 1LE wheels specs but 20s

Does anyone know or can provide a link about fitment regarding ZL1 1LE wheel specs but in 20 inch on regular ZL1? I did a search and couldnt find much. Rubbing issues in front, full lock to full lock. Etc etc. Thanks.

Increasing wheel diameter isn't going to change much in terms of fitment. If you keep the same offsets as a ZLE (11/41), then they will sit in the same place in the wells. You would actually gain a bit of clearance on the strut tower, but you may need at least that much extra because (and correct me if I'm wrong here) the ZLE has the DSSV dampers whereas your "regular" ZL1 has magride shocks which are a little bigger.

I think your challenge will be finding tire sizes that work well for you. The 285/30/20 and 305/30/20 that came on your car is not recommended for the 11/12" wheels you're installing. You can try 305/25/20 and 325/25/20, which will be similar in diameter to the stock ZLE sizes, but there are few choices of tires in that combo (the Michelin PS4 is available, and it's a great tire). You'll have to do some searching on this part.

From what I've been told the 20s will poke a little bit more than the zl1 1le wheels... also I'm only sticking with toyo r888r which they do make in a 325/30 I believe. If they fit that's what I'll be going with. I have them now in 325 and love them.

If two wheels have the same width and offset, then their diameter doesn't matter: they will poke (or not) the same amount.

Not according to company I'm planning on buying the wheels from. Vendor on here.

Then there's a communication gap regarding the meaning of width, offset, and diameter. Somebody doesn't understand something, and I guarantee it isn't me. It's certainly true that changing diameter might allow you to use more offset to get less poke with a given diameter, especially on a strut-suspended car like our fronts. But if width, offset, and tire width stay the same, then changing diameter changes nothing about poke.
