Camaro read quarter panel/rear bumper damage

Hi everyone! Hope everyone is doing well. Unfortunately, I had someone hit my Camaro and ran off and I have missing paint and 2-3 dents along my rear quarter panel. Any thoughts on how much this would cost to repair?

Fender repair is probably run around $600, the bumper cover may need to be replaced, if so, I would turn this one in.

I got caught on the highway where they didn’t sweep the road after they took the top off asphalt
As a result I need the front, hood, 2 fenders,1 door painted and replace a broken windshield with heads up display
Both headlights replaced and the hood stripe redone GM price in Canada $1600 each
Estimate $8500
Another dealer wants to redo the complete car as the is chips every where , with new badges. &13:500
The government is going after the contractor to pay for this
The car has 5000 miles on it
It tanks the value of this car for trade in if I do the complete job

sad part about it is that I parked in the very back where nobody would even find the car. Hopefully justice will be served once I find out who did this.

They had 10 callers in an hour who also had damage the day I called
Not sure what to do , maybe just repaint the front , hood and stripe replace the windshield and forget about the chips on the headlights , front fenders etc
Would a complete repaint at a dealer ,stop you from buying this car

Doesn't matter what anyone else thinks, if you plan on keeping the car, regardless of how long, you need to be happy with it. It's an insurance job, get as much fixed as you can. Good Luck!

Do you have pics of the car? If I can visually see how bad the damage is before I say anything.

Perhaps it would be best to fix it as cheaply as possible and then trade it in on another one?

Yes, a newer car repainted by a dealer would stop me from buying it. That is, when there are so many more Camaros with factory virgin paint still on them.

That same situation happened with my wife’s car which was also parked in the last row
The other lady was backing up and was talking to her passengers and hit her car
The good thing was she had 4 ladies in the car with her and had no choice but go into the arena where my wife had a booth and announce that she wanted to find the person who owned the goldy brown sedan lic number xxxxxxxxx
We got lucky, it was $1000 to fix the car
