So I’ve decided to go ahead and make up a few sets. I have some interest on the FB 6th gen page so I think I’ll order up enough material to do 8 sets initially. Please send me a PM if you want a pair. It’ll take a couple weeks to get materials and cut them out. Thanks!

Looks good, you could even paint/wrap them too...

Great work. I'm interested too.

Good luck with them, not a bad idea.
Eh I disagree. $20 for a completely fabbed part with no blueprint or design to base previously off of is damn cheap. I have paid over $500 for ABS replicas of existing pieces about a quarter of the size of what he is selling.

Agreed! Here is the 2nd prototype, after his own.
A great coverup of the gaping hole on the passenger side.

That looks great! My covers can easily be hydro dipped or painted.

I just got some material today so I’m ready to start cutting out some pairs. I could have 2 cut out by Friday and another 5 by next week. I tweaked the templates for a better fit and cover more area. Who would like a pair please post here or send me a PM. Here’s a pic of the final pattern for my templates.

Can you do any with a flat texture? I already have my hydrodip and this at is cheaper than the metal set they sell, that I was about to buy. Can you make tr he front piece by the hood latch as well?

If you are going to hydro dip I can reverse the pattern for the smooth side up but by itself the smooth side is not show quality. I'm not doing the center piece, too large and complex.
